<DIV class=tpc_content>电话：6247975 <BR><BR>活动qq：769962317<BR><BR><SPAN style="COLOR: rgb(0,0,255)">活动行程： <BR><BR><BR>D1天 早上5点 俱乐部集合 准时出发 <BR><BR>晚上23点左右 到达 山涧口管理站住宿 <BR><BR>D2 <BR>辛苦的一天，7点起床、早餐，8点准时出发，在2400扎营（12点左右），顺2400山脊轻装向东台进发、冲顶。3点返回营地，修整。晚上吃点热乎的。（根据情况调整） <BR><BR>D3 <BR>早晨睡到自然醒，大家收拾装备吃早餐集体下撤，13点左右到山涧口管理站准备返烟 <BR><BR><BR>D4早上 到达烟台</SPAN> <BR><BR><BR><BR>装备、食品要求： <BR><BR><BR>装备：请根据个人情况精简装备。小五台天气变化大，元旦夜间气温在零下20度左右并且很可能会下大雪，请做好防雪防风保暖准备。帐篷（双层金属帐杆），羽绒睡袋（－20度）以上，防潮垫，背包（50L以上）；登山杖；高帮防水登山鞋；袜子2-3双，行进服装长袖衣裤；另带防风、防水服装（或冲锋衣裤）一套、保暖手套、保暖帽子、羽绒服、抓绒衣、夜间保暖衣物。炉具建议使用GAS汽炉，汽罐，汽灯、头灯或电筒，多备1-2套电池，太阳镜（建议）等。 <BR>食品：两正一早、水（至少女2L、男3L），正餐建议易熟食品如面条等以及高热量食品。个人物品：防晒霜、军刀，打火机或火柴，腰包（放置钱包、手机、身份证、湿纸巾等），个人常用药品（消炎药物、感冒发烧药、肠胃消化药、创可贴等）。负重：男约15公斤，女约10公斤。根据个人情况可准备腐败物资（垃圾要背下山）。 <BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>特别申明：雪套、防水手套，注意保暖。（因小五台天气恶劣所以对装备要求极为严格） <BR><BR><BR><BR>注意事项： <BR><BR><BR><BR>1、 报名人员请认真阅读逐峰户外活动公约 ，确保个人身体适合户外活动； <BR><BR><BR>2、 服从领队安排、领队有权根据天气情况改变徒步路线； <BR><BR><BR>3、 遵守时间观念，尊重其他队员、体现团体精神； <BR><BR><BR>4 每人准备一个结实点的垃圾袋。必须带走自己产生的垃圾、尽量带走别人留下的垃圾； <BR><BR><BR>5 在报名截止时间之后退出活动的朋友，需承担相应保险、包车等费用 <BR><BR><BR>6、 领队经验有限，大家互相帮助，共同进<BR><BR><BR></DIV>

个人需要准备那么多东西？
俺没有。可以租不？
